Female Receptionist – Premier Women's Gym

We are assisting one of our valued partner organizations in hiring a dedicated and professional female receptionist for their premier women's gym located in Mohali, Punjab.
Note: This role is for our partner gym, and all hiring decisions will be made directly by them.Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in visitors, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Manage membership sign-ups, renewals, and inquiries.
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, including follow-ups with prospects and members.
- Supervise cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Support the smooth and efficient operation of the gym.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only (as this is a women's gym).
- Prior experience in reception, front desk, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized, reliable, and professional in appearance and demeanor.
- Comfortable with extended full-day shifts.
Compensation:
- Fixed salary (details will be shared during the interview process).
