Technical Support - Silicon Molding

A purpose driven role for you

To work as a Technical Support in Rapid Tooling for Plastic parts development - Should understand design requirements and ensure the parts are manufactured as per standard/design requirements.

A Day in the life

• To operate Silicon Molding machine
• Mold preparation
• Quality and delivery
• Knowledge on RPT part finishing
• Prepare parting surface, parting lines and mold box.
• Operate & trouble shoot the Vacuum casting production independently
• Trouble shooting of defects in moulded parts

Academic Qualification & Experience

• Diploma (Mech)

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• The ideal candidate should have good experience in silicon molding machine handling, pouring, and part finishing.
• The ideal candidate should have good data evaluation skills.
• Knowledge of tools.

Behavioural Skills

• Good Communication Skills
• Good Planning and Organising Skills
