Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer who will be responsible for generating business, technical consultation, and providing laser solution sales to industrial clients. The role demands strong technical knowledge and client-handling skills to deliver customized laser solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through field visits, exhibitions, and cold calling.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable SLTL laser machines or solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects and clients.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to create customized laser solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in alignment with company policies.
  • Achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned territory.
  • Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and customer feedback.
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent after-sales support.
