Role : Analyst

Department: Assurance

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Assurance team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in audit and assurance services, working with diverse clients across industries. You will be part of a dynamic team that values integrity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

  • Assist in planning and executing audit engagements under supervision
  • Perform substantive testing and analytical procedures on financial statements
  • Document audit findings and prepare working papers in accordance with firm standards
  • Support in evaluating internal controls and identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality assurance services
  • Stay updated on relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP, Ind AS)
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to discussions as needed

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or completed CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong academic background with an interest in audit and assurance

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
