Position Title: AI Engineer

Location: Hyderabad

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions, with a strong focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP). This role offers the opportunity to work on end-to-end AI model development, from research and fine-tuning to deployment in production environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable, AI-driven applications that power next-generation business solutions.

Key Skills

  • AI & ML Expertise: Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformer architectures, NLP techniques
  • Programming: Python, Java, or C++
  • Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers
  • Model Engineering: Fine-tuning, embeddings, prompt engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions leveraging LLMs and NLP techniques.
  • Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models for business-specific applications.
  • Integrate AI-driven features into enterprise-grade software and business systems.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.
  • Conduct robust testing, debugging, and performance optimization of models.
  • Stay updated on the latest AI/ML advancements and evaluate their application to business challenges.
  • Implement best practices for scalable and production-ready AI deployments.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
  • Proven expertise in LLMs, NLP, and transformer-based architectures.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers).
  • Knowledge of model fine-tuning, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and software engineering fundamentals.
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in AI development or software engineering.
  • Experience in deploying LLMs and AI models in production environments.
  • Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI workloads.
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices for managing the AI model lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and contribute to innovation.
