Enrollment & Admissions Support
Manage the entire admissions process, including inquiry handling, application
processing, entrance assessments, interviews, and enrollment.
Ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for prospective students and
families.
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Work closely with the marketing team to achieve admission targets.
Support content development by sharing success stories, testimonials, and
key admission data.
Assist in planning and executing promotional events and outreach initiatives.
Monitor and report on admission trends and enrollment data to school
leadership.
Student Records Management
Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential student records in accordance
with school policies and legal requirements.
Process new student registrations, withdrawals, and transfers.
Ensure student transcripts, report cards, and academic records are updated
and archived properly.
Scheduling & Academic Support
Assist in preparing and managing student schedules in collaboration with
academic departments.
Monitor and track student attendance and notify appropriate personnel of
concerns.
Coordinate exam schedules, grade submissions, and report distribution.
Happiness Center Management
Serve as the first point of contact for grievances or concerns raised by
students, staff, or parents.
Maintain a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for open dialogue
and problem-solving.
Mediate and facilitate effective communication between parties in conflict
or distress.
Document grievances and track resolution progress while maintaining
confidentiality.
Provide basic emotional support and refer cases to professional counselors or
external experts as needed.
Facilitate positive parent-school engagement through feedback channels and
regular wellness check-ins.
Maintain clear records of activities, feedback, and grievance outcomes.
Prepare monthly reports highlighting trends, improvements, and areas
needing attention.
Human Resources Management
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting,
screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies) in the HR
database.
Support on boarding and off boarding processes, ensuring proper
documentation and orientation.
Assist in payroll processing by collecting attendance data and leave records.
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist in organizing training and development initiatives.
Support performance appraisal cycles and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Prepare HR-related MIS reports as and when required.
Shall take approval from the school administrative officer in all aspects of
HR activities.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with local, state, and national education laws and
guidelines.
Prepare and submit reports to educational boards or government bodies as
required.
Handle audits and accreditation data requests.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in education administration, information management, or
related field (required).
5+ years of experience in a registrar, administrative, or records management
role, preferably in an educational setting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
