Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Shillong. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing of bills according to the Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and ensuring accurate cost planning and cost reporting. Additional responsibilities include analyzing project requirements, conducting valuations, and providing detailed financial advice to optimize project resources and maintain budgetary control.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in preparation of bills (Running Account Bills, Deviation Statement, Escalation Bills, Final Bills etc..) for ADB funded building project.
  • Experience with externally funded project is a must (ADB, WB, NDB etc)
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 3-5 Years of Experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate with team members
