Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a seasoned UI/UX Designer with 7-8 years of professional experience to create exceptional user experiences for our digital products. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can balance user needs with business objectives while delivering visually compelling and intuitive designs.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Prototyping

• Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile applications across multiple platforms
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts
• Develop high-fidelity visual designs that align with brand guidelines and design systems
• Design responsive interfaces that provide seamless experiences across devices
• Create and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries
• Design micro-interactions and animations to enhance user engagement

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design process
• Present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders at all levels
• Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on their work
• Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization
• Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Define information architecture and user flows for complex applications
• Collaborate with product managers to define product strategy and roadmap

Testing & Iteration

• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions and synthesize findings into actionable insights
• Implement A/B testing strategies to validate design hypotheses
• Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve product experiences
• Iterate on designs based on user testing results and analytics data

Required Qualifications

Experience & Education

• 7-8 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Comprehensive portfolio demonstrating strong UX process and visual design skills

Design Expertise

• Expert proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
• Strong command of prototyping tools (Figma, Framer, ProtoPie, Principle, InVision)
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Proven experience with design thinking and human-centered design frameworks
• Expertise in creating and managing design systems and pattern libraries
• Strong visual design skills including typography, color theory, layout, and composition
• Solid understanding of interaction design principles and best practices

Research & Analysis

• Proven experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research
• Proficiency with research tools and methodologies (user interviews, surveys, card sorting, tree testing)
• Experience with analytics and user behavior tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, FullStory)
• Ability to synthesize research findings into actionable design recommendations

Technical Knowledge

• Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles
• Knowledge of web and mobile platform guidelines (iOS, Android, Material Design)
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS capabilities and constraints
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design practices
• Awareness of front-end development processes and technical feasibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for B2B SaaS, enterprise applications
• Knowledge of motion design and animation principles
• Experience with voice UI, AR/VR, or emerging technologies
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Certification in UX design or related fields
• Experience leading design projects from concept to launch
• Background in information architecture or content strategy
