Role Overview:
As the Group Account Manager at 8 Views, you will be the driving force behind strategic client partnerships and
performance marketing
excellence. This role demands a visionary leader who blends sharp business acumen with creative thinking to deliver measurable growth for marquee clients. You will inspire and lead a talented team while owning the end-to-end client experience—from crafting impactful strategies to ensuring flawless campaign execution. Your leadership will shape the agency's reputation for innovation, quality, and client-centric delivery in Hyderabad's competitive digital marketing arena.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the senior contact for key client accounts; build trusted partnerships and ensure business goals are met/exceeded.
- Drive strategic roadmaps with clients to maximize ROI from digital initiatives—across paid media, social, and content platforms.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of account managers/executives, setting a clear vision and performance standards.
- Oversee seamless delivery of digital campaigns—ensure execution is aligned with KPIs and agency quality standards.
- Lead client QBRs, campaign reviews, and present outcome-driven insights to senior stakeholders.
- Identify account growth opportunities; up-sell and cross-sell integrated solutions in line with agency expertise.
- Monitor industry trends, analyze client and competitor data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Oversee client budgets at a portfolio level, optimizing resource allocation for best results.
- Resolve client escalations with a proactive, solutions-first mindset—ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Personally lead a few major accounts while coaching team members handling their own portfolios.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA a plus.
- Minimum
4 years'
experience in client servicing/account management, including recent leadership in a digital marketing agency. - Demonstrated ability to handle multiple large accounts and teams, managing end-to-end digital marketing programs.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing
principles

hands-on exposure to Meta and Google Ads. - Prior exposure to real estate, healthcare, or education sectors is a plus but not required.
- Proven team leadership skills—able to motivate, coach, and build collaborative environments.
- Data-driven, solution-oriented approach with outstanding business communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in G-Suite and strong project management abilities, thriving under tight deadlines.
