Core Experience Required
Minimum 5 years of core experience in recruitment, preferably in digital marketing, creative, media, advertising, and tech roles (IT & Non-IT).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse digital marketing roles such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Creative, Client Servicing, Brand Strategy, Content, Web Development, and more.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role expectations and build effective digital hiring strategies.
- Source and attract top talent using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, communities, employee referrals, and creative sourcing methods.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial assessments, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future marketing, creative, and tech requirements.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, role evolutions, and competitor hiring patterns.
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with organizational processes and employment guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong experience hiring for digital marketing, creative, and technology roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals, ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social hiring.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple mandates simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹480, ₹800,000.00 per month
