Overview The Full Stack Developer role with expertise in Java and Angular is crucial in driving the success of our software development initiatives. This position demands a combination of backend and frontend skill sets, allowing the developer to create efficient, scalable, and maintainable applications. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex applications that serve various business needs. Your knowledge in Java enhances server-side functionalities while proficiency in Angular enables the creation of dynamic user interfaces, providing a seamless user experience. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the integration of diverse systems and technologies while fostering innovation and quality in our solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring our software products not only meet current business requirements but also align with our strategic vision for digital transformation. Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and Angular.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to gather and define software requirements.
  • Implement and manage RESTful APIs for efficient data interaction.
  • Create responsive and adaptive user interfaces with Angular.
  • Develop back-end services and microservices using Java.
  • Participate in full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain high quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Debug and troubleshoot software issues across multiple environments.
  • Coordinate with DevOps teams for seamless deployment processes.
  • Utilize version control systems, such as Git, for collaborative development.
  • Stay updated with new technologies and frameworks relevant to the stack.
  • Implement security best practices to safeguard application data.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack development.
  • Strong proficiency in Java and Angular frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful web services and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience working with version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks and practices.
