We are looking for a detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our Research & Development team. The role involves working closely with PhD scholars, researchers, and academic professionals to provide high-quality research assistance, data analysis, and publication support. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, academic writing expertise, and knowledge of research methodologies to contribute to PhD thesis development, journal paper writing, and literature reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct literature reviews and collect relevant academic resources.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis using research tools/software.
• Assist in preparing PhD theses, research reports, and journal publications.
• Support in drafting manuscripts, editing, and proofreading academic papers.
• Collaborate with research scholars to refine methodologies and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain research databases, documentation, and citation management.
• Ensure compliance with academic standards, plagiarism checks, and publication guidelines.
