- Ensure smooth client handling and issue resolution.
- Maintain compliance, documentation, and reporting.
- Drive business growth and improve branch performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in immigration/education or service industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented and proficient in MS Office/CRM tools.
