Panjim, Goa, India Remote Infotech Full time ₹ 12,00,000 - ₹ 36,00,000 per year

Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and highly driven DSAR Processing Analyst to join our global Privacy and Compliance team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for executing Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) workflows with precision, maintaining regulatory compliance under GDPR and other global privacy frameworks, and ensuring our organization upholds the highest standards of data governance. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in data privacy, legal operations, and compliance within a high-performing corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End DSAR Management: Support the intake, validation, and logging of incoming DSARs, ensuring all requests are accurately recorded and processed within defined SLA timelines.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Apply legal and operational frameworks (including GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection laws) to ensure all DSAR responses are compliant, consistent, and defensible.
  • Data Review & Verification: Conduct detailed reviews of documents, communications, and records for accuracy, completeness, and relevancy prior to disclosure.
  • Redaction & Risk Mitigation: Learn and implement redaction protocols to remove sensitive or non-disclosable information while preserving regulatory requirements.
  • Workflow Optimization: Identify process gaps, recommend automation opportunities, and support continuous improvements to enhance DSAR handling efficiency at scale.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Assist in preparing compliance reports, metrics, and audit trails to support internal governance reviews and regulatory inquiries.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Legal, IT Security, Data Governance, and Operations teams to resolve complex DSAR-related queries and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Law, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to manage sensitive data with discretion.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and assess complex documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and compliant responses.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with data governance tools or ticketing platforms is an advantage.
  • Genuine interest in data protection, compliance operations, or legal technology — prior exposure to privacy or regulatory environments is a plus.
