
Manager, EDD Operations

We're looking for an experienced and inclusive leaders to manage our Due Diligence Research Operations in our APAC hubs: Penang, Bangalore, and Mumbai. You'll lead a local team, drive efficiency and quality, and support the implementation of our multi-contributor model. This role is key to delivering high-quality research and encouraging a collaborative, high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations and ensure timely, accurate and high quality delivery of due diligence reports.
- Drive team productivity and performance through coaching, feedback, and data insights.
- Build and sustain a high-performance culture that values inclusion, accountability, and growth.
- Support implementation of the multi-contributor model to enable collaborative report delivery.
- Develop and support team members through clear goals, development plans, and recognition.
- Ensure compliance with global quality and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to align on strategy and share best practices.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience managing research or compliance operations in a global setting.
- Strong people leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing, inclusive teams.
- Ability to drive quality and performance improvement and lead through change.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of APAC regulatory environments is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree required; relevant certifications preferred.
