Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented SCM Consultant to provide Level 1 support for both SAP and open-source SCM systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of supply chain processes, including Planning, Warehouse Management, Logistics Execution, and Transportation Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP EWM Configuration & Implementation: Design, configure, and implement SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions tailored to business requirements, focusing on inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes.
  • Integration with SAP MM/SD: Ensure seamless integration between SAP EWM and Materials Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD) modules, covering the complete Order to Cash (O2C) process.
  • Transportation Management (TM): Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to gather and analyze transportation management requirements, configuring SAP EWM modules based on business needs. I
  • Warehouse Planning & Optimization: Optimize warehouse processes including goods receipt, putaway, stock transfers, picking, packing, and shipping to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day support for EWM functionality, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure optimal performance.
  • Documentation & Training: Create and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and training materials; conduct user training and workshops as needed.
