Role Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who combines strong visual storytelling skills with AI-powered creativity. The ideal candidate should be able to conceptualise and execute stunning visuals that bring brands to life — from corporate campaigns and digital media to brand identity and presentations.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative & Design

  • Conceptualise and design visually compelling assets across print and digital platforms.
  • Create social media visuals (posts, carousels, reels, videos, stories) aligned with brand tone.
  • Develop brand identities, logos, stationery, and other marketing collaterals.
  • Build brand storyboards, mockups, and presentation decks for campaigns and client pitches.
  • Design and maintain branding guidelines to ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Translate conceptual ideas into engaging visuals that communicate the brand's story effectively.

AI & Innovation

  • Experiment with and integrate AI tools like Midjourney, RunwayML, , , and similar platforms into the creative process.
  • Use AI-assisted design to accelerate workflows and enhance creative output.
  • Continuously explore emerging design technologies to keep the brand ahead of trends.

Video & Motion Design (Preferred)

  • Basic understanding of video editing or ability to collaborate on short-form video content.
  • Work with team members on motion graphics, animations, or explainer videos.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in design, with at least 1 year using AI tools.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and tools like Canva.
  • Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, RunwayML, , or D-ID.
  • Strong grasp of typography, colour theory, layout principles, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to ideate, plan, and execute multiple design projects under tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, innovative, and able to bring fresh design perspectives.

Projected Total Compensation: ₹45, ₹80,000.00 per month
