Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Lead specializing in Python, located in Navi Mumbai. The Technical Lead will be responsible for guiding a team of developers, designing and implementing software solutions, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring the technical feasibility of project requirements. Day-to-day tasks will include writing clean and efficient code, conducting code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Years of Experience:
6-9 Years

Qualification
: Any Graduate/Post Graduate.

Skillset :

  • Proficiency in Python and related frameworks
  • Experience with backend technologies such as Django or Flask
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL)
  • Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
