Tandoor Commi II

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tandoor Commi II - I to join our team at MASTIFF HOTELS. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels or restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Assist the Chef de Partie in planning menus and preparing special dishes.
• Ensure all food items are stored properly and safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Develop new recipes and ideas to enhance menu offerings.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tandoor Commi II - I or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
