Patient Concierge
Job Description
  • Position – Executive / Sr. Executive
  • Job Role – Operations (Patient Concierge)
  • Location – Head Office Bangalore.

About the role: It is an operations-based role that involves communication and resolutions with our clients and teams via various mediums. Our services are based on a 24*7 hours format
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Assisting Clients for Health Screening (Offsite), Vaccination Support (Camp and VVIP Client house visit), Hospital Visit (Admission & Discharge), Reports collection, Medicines Delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and external parties
  • On a daily basis visit report to be updated for overall customer experience
  • Ensuring to have a Hospital Visit when required or emergency purpose either for admission/discharge.
  • Outbound calls to be done to the center 2 day prior to the appointments for confirming the appointment
  • Assisting Corporate Employees/Customers during Vaccination Camp for a smoother process and also getting our Care app downloaded by every assisted employee/customer.
  • Collecting reports from the Center and handing it over to the client when required.
  • Medicine Delivery during emergency purposes.
  • Liaising with vendors (Diagnostic center / Hospitals / Clinic / Multispeciality Hospitals / Pharmacy / Vaccination camp / Ambulance service etc)
  • Customer experience to be captured via feedback or review ratings through Google, Play store & App store applications
  • Follow set policies and procedures when dealing with escalation / concerns or issues
  • Be flexible about your job and assigned task
  • Good with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adherence to company HR policies
