Jewellery Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise daily in-store sales operations and ensure smooth functioning of counters.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and arrange training when required.
• Ensure excellent customer service, handle escalated queries, and resolve complaints effectively.
• Oversee product display, stock management, and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, billing accuracy, and loss-prevention measures.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share with management.
• Maintain store discipline, hygiene, and professional grooming standards for the team.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: 12th Passed
• Experience: 3-5 years in retail sales, with at least 12 years in a supervisory or team lead role (Jewellery/luxury retail preferred).
• Skills: Strong leadership, team management, sales planning, communication, and customer handling skills.
• Personality: Presentable, confident, approachable, and customer-oriented.
• Other Requirements:

• Flexible to work in shifts and under pressure.
• High integrity with attention to detail.
