We are looking for a skilled and strategic communications professional to join our team as a Social Consultant.

As a Consultant, you take on both a project and emerging people manager role. You perform day-to-day account work while beginning to oversee others' work. You are recognized as the go-to on the team and clients trust you to provide updates, advice, and ideas.

As a Consultant, you can manage projects, working with a high degree of independence. You have proven experience working on campaigns and programs across various disciplines and are pivotal in bridging planning to execution, accomplishing most work with just a 'gut-check' from managers or account leads.

• Must have 3+ years of experience in managing social media company pages and executive profiles for the Telecom and technology and/or broadcasting sector.
• Must have proficiency at creating social media written content for global and Indian brands as specified above with hands on experience in content management.
• Good working knowledge of social media management tools (including ORM, listening, analytics, publishing etc), MS Office.
• Ability to manage a team and lead conversations with stakeholders from creative and social media content perspective.
• Must have experience in creating strategies for crisis communication on social platforms.
• Excellent communication skills both English and Hindi and must know English & Hindi Typing.
• Analytical and multitasking skills.
