SYSTRA India's comprehensive know-how and expertise in Railways provides a wide spectrum of solutions for any challenge (Building a new rail link, doubling the capacity, gauge conversion, upgrading a network, improving the performance of existing lines, etc.).

Our extensive experience encompasses, Bridges, station buildings, Depots, Earthwork & Track Works, Power Supply and Transmission, Signaling & Telecommunications, Rolling Stock, Utilities diversion and yard re-modelling etc.

Our services cover the entire life cycle of the project implementation.

Currently, we are bidding for System projects across India. The position of Field Engineer (Substation) is the Non-key position in these BIDs.



Missions/Main Duties

  • Oversee installation and construction activities at the substation site.
  • Assist in equipment testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain records of site progress, inspections, and technical reports.
  • Liaise with design, construction, and safety teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure all work meets regulatory standards and safety protocols.


Profile/Skills

  • Graduate / Diploma in Electrical / Civil Engineering
  • He/She should have minimum 5 years of experience in construction of EHV transmission substation projects.
