As a
Graphic Designer
, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visual assets across a variety of platforms, including digital, print, social media, and OOH advertising. You will work closely with copywriters, account managers, and art directors to produce high-quality creative work that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts and visual assets for integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Design graphics for digital platforms, including social media, email, display ads, and websites.
  • Create print-ready materials such as brochures, posters, packaging, and outdoor advertising.
  • Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to understand project requirements and client goals.
  • Translate brand identities into visually compelling designs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in graphic design and advertising.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across all design outputs.
  • Assist in developing mood boards, presentations, and mockups for client pitches.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably within
    an agency environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma or Canva is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and conceptual thinking across various mediums.
  • Excellent attention to detail and typography skills.
  • Understanding of branding, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to take direction and feedback positively and iterate quickly.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus.
