Record To Report Manager

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage record to report (RTR) process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee intercompany reconciliations, including balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards (IND AS) and US GAAP requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure smooth month-end close processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors to facilitate efficient audit procedures.
Desired Candidate Profiles
CANDIDATES APPLYING MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE INTO INDIAN ACCOUNTING OR CAN BE CA QUALIFIED ONES .
FLEXIBILITY TO NIGHT SHIFTS ARE MANDATORY FOR THE ROLE .
- 8-12 years of experience in Record To Report (RTR), Intercompany Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Journal Entries, Chartered Accountant role.
- Strong knowledge of IND AS and US GAAP principles.
- Excellent analytical skills for identifying errors in financial data and implementing corrective actions.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak periods such as month-end closings.
