Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards during construction
  • Perform regular inspections at project sites
  • Collaborate with MEP teams on coordination and execution
  • Responsible for quality inspection of civil works in residential Mivan shuttering and conventional projects, ensuring compliance with drawings, codes, and specifications.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily inspections of shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, finishing works.
  • Prepare ITPs, MTPs, checklists, NCRs, and inspection reports.
  • Verify materials and workmanship as per specifications.
  • Identify non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with contractors and resolve site quality issues.
  • Maintain NCR logs, quality reports, and audit documentation.
  • Lead the execution and quality assurance of all MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Firefighting) ensuring compliance with project standards, timelines, and safety requirements.
