Perform logistic processes Arranges warehouse, material flow and shipping processes

• Keeps track of quality, quantity., accuracy of stock, transport cost and efficiency
• Resolves problems and complaints
• Maintains metrics and analyses data to asses performance and implement improvements Safety
• Enforce safety instructions (forklift, storage rules, driving rules)
• Report any deviation from standard Team Management
• Foster a climate of teamwork and motivation within the team by encouraging entrepreneurship mindset, professional development and growth of employees (assessment, training, coaching and mentoring).
• Ensure the deployment of the company communication to the team
• Ensure appropriate work environment for the team
