Field Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and cold calling.
Meet potential customers to present products/services and explain value propositions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
Conduct market research to understand competition and industry trends.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer data, and follow-up records.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Represent the company in exhibitions, events, or client meetings when required.
Requirements
2–5 years of proven experience in field sales / business development / direct sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle customer queries effectively.
Willingness to travel within assigned territories (Delhi / Jaipur).
Basic proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in B2B/B2C sales or working with startups/SMBs.
Understanding of the local market in Delhi and Jaipur.
Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
