Role Overview:

As an ML Engineer you will embark on a wonderful journey of developing and implementing various Machine Learning models that will ultimately act as an enabler in the company's growth.

Since Draft n Craft is a legal services-oriented company in which we serve clients from across the border your work will be majorly aimed towards creating ML workflows that will serve the legal industry and help improve the efficiencies of the in-house teams. Draft n Craft offers you the perfect opportunity to grow and hone your ML/Data Engineering skills while contributing towards building a worthwhile product.

 Key Responsibilities:

·      Developing data ingestion & data preprocessing pipelines for transforming data presented for legal requirements to extract key and actionable insights.

·      Data cleaning for supplying accurate, consistent & relevant content to ML models.

·      Exploring and experimenting with different ML models and architectures that can be used with data from the legal industry in a safe and compliant manner.

·      Developing and deploying ML models that can function in production environments for the use-cases required by the company.

·      Analyzing key metrics for model performance and devising methods to improve efficiencies of the models.

·      Document the steps involved in data preprocessing, model development & optimizations undertaken.

·      Explore techniques for feature extraction, transformation & selection to improve model performance.

·      Understanding software development related terminologies to collaborate with the existing team of software engineers within the company.

·      Devise methods of integration of ML models within the company's already developed software solutions and employee workflows.

 Required Qualifications:

·      Degree holder from Computer Science Engineering, Data Science or related fields.

·      Minimum experience of 2 years working as an ML engineer or Data Scientist in a professional capacity.

·      Strong programming skills include python and familiarity with related libraries Tensorflow, PyTorch, Pandas etc.

·      Database Querying in terms of SQL/NoSQL.

·      Working with data extracting and ETL pipelines for pre-processing of data/documents.

·      Relevant experience of working in NLP, Neural Networks, Gen AI technologies.

·      Familiarity with working or applying transfer-learning on LLM models like Llama, etc.

·      Some experience in software development is preferred.

·      Knowledge of deploying ML models and data pipelines to cloud services like AWS/Azure.
