About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements to maximize profitability.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted promotional campaigns.
Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase travel services and solutions.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to refine business tactics.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless booking experiences and client satisfaction.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the business network.
What You Bring:
Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales, business development, or a related field (travel industry experience is a plus).
Sales-Driven Mindset: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Negotiation & Communication Skills: Ability to influence decisions and close deals effectively.
Client Relationship Management: Strong ability to build long-term partnerships.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Multitasking Ability: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):
Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.) is a big plus
Experience in B2B sales and corporate account management.
Foreign language skills great for global client interactions
Prior experience in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
