About the Client: A leading social news aggregator and online advertising platform.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage cases submitted on salesforce to build out campaigns.
• Develop an amicable customer relationship/experience on every case submitted.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through proactive communication on cases handled.
• Build accurate, valid and complete campaign/ad groups/ads by using the build tracker provided.
• Follow processes defined to ensure smooth turn around of cases and track progress on them.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Skills and Competencies:

• Knowledge on digital marketing and ad trafficking
• Proven ad trafficking experience
• Track record of accurate campaign builds
• Strong command over written language
• Strong email communication skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM(SFDC) systems
