  • Take full ownership of all site projects as the single point of contact for execution and completion.
  • Plan, manage, and supervise site works to ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, and quality standards.
  • Evaluate specifications, and technical requirements to identify and resolve discrepancies during execution.
  • Coordinate with contractors & vendors to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
  • Conduct daily site inspections, monitor work progress, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Optimize resources and apply engineering solutions to achieve cost-effective and high-quality results.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies at all times.
  • Manage documentation, including daily progress reports, material requests, and work completion records.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong technical knowledge of civil works (electrical knowledge will be an added advantage).
  • Ability to handle projects independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities to coordinate with teams and clients.
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and timely completion of projects.
  • 1–5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering projects (modify based on level).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
