Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Working Hours: 12 Hours per Day

Working Days: 28 Days per Month

Job Summary: We are hiring experienced Argon Arc (TIG) Welders for fabrication and manufacturing work at IOCL Panipat Project Site. The candidate must have strong technical skills in TIG/Argon welding, metal fabrication, and structural assembly work in an industrial setup.

• Roles & Responsibilities: Carry out Argon / TIG welding on stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum components.
• Prepare welding joints and ensure proper fit-up and alignment before welding.
• Read and understand technical drawings and weld symbols accurately.
• Operate welding machines and handle argon gas equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain weld quality and finishing as per company standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE rules on site.
• Assist the fabrication team in cutting, fitting, and assembly work as required.
• Complete tasks within the project timelines and under supervision of site engineers.
• Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Welding or Fabrication.
• Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Argon / TIG welding for industrial or project-based fabrication.
• Must have Experience Certificate, ID Proof, and all related documents at the time of joining.
• Should be physically fit, punctual, and disciplined.
• Candidates with refinery or plant site experience (IOCL, HPCL, BPCL) will be preferred.
