Job Summary:

Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of motors and pumps at customer sites, ensuring minimal downtime and high service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and maintain industrial motors and pumps
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment onsite
• Maintain service records and prepare reports
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies
• Frequent travel to customer locations as required

Eligibility Criteria:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields
• 0–2 years experience (freshers with training welcome)
• Basic knowledge of motors, pumps, and electrical systems
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills
• Willing to travel and work independently
• Physically fit and safety-conscious

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month
