- Conduct regular feedback sessions to gather insights and improve our services continuously.
- Maintain strict adherence to bank policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.
- Assist in cross-selling and upselling bank products, maximizing customer value.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide insightful reports to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with a focus on customer service.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship management or support roles, preferably in banking.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for customer engagement and relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions.
- Good understanding of banking products and services, or a willingness to acquire this knowledge.
- Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, including shifts and weekends as needed.
