
Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
As a Business Development Executive , you'll support our growth across existing and new customer segments—specifically diagnostic centers, pathology & radiology units, and hospitals. You'll drive opportunity generation and pipeline building through proactive engagement, product demos, and close coordination with marketing and senior leadership .
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Generate and qualify leads from existing and potential customers.
● Support pre‑sales activities, including research, outreach, and relationship building.
● Conduct product demos (virtual or on-site) to showcase eLabAssist's features and benefits.
● Assist in developing new customer relationships and expanding accounts.
● Perform market research to identify ideal customer profiles and emerging trends.
● Participate in marketing events, webinars, trade shows, and conferences.
● Collect competitor & market feedback; report insights to senior management.
● Prepare proposals and quotations tailored to customer needs.
● Attend on‑site client meetings with the Tech Manager as required.
● Own and execute the full-cycle of end-to-end sales process.
Requirements:
● 0-3 years experience in IT Sales.
● Hands-on exposure or familiarity with CRM systems.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva is a plus.
● Excellent verbal and written communication in three languages (English, Hindi, Marathi).
● Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
● Team player with a proactive approach to problem solving.
● Experience in the Healthcare industry is a plus.
