Job Summary:

We are seeking a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in paid media, SEO/ASO, and app-based marketing, with a strong focus on metrics such as CPI, CAC, and user retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other app-install networks.
  • Manage and optimize SEO and ASO (App Store Optimization) strategies to increase visibility and organic growth.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics including CPI, CAC, CTR, conversions, and retention.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the tech and product teams to drive in-app promotions and user engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with digital marketing trends and algorithm changes.
  • Support the creation of digital assets and coordinate with designers for ad creatives and visuals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate with a specialization or certification in Digital Marketing.
  • 23 years of hands-on experience in digital campaign management.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with app-based user acquisition campaigns is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
