We are looking for a proactive and dedicated
CMA Industrial Trainee
to join our Finance team for a 15-month training period. This role is ideal for CMA students who have completed their Intermediate level and are seeking practical, hands-on corporate exposure as part of their training curriculum. You will gain valuable experience across financial reporting, accounting, taxation, and corporate finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and review Purchase Orders (POs) including creation, validation, and tracking.
  • Handle invoice receipt, verification, and processing while ensuring adherence to internal controls.
  • Perform two-way/three-way matching between PO, GRN, and invoices.
  • Conduct account reconciliations, ledger reviews, and validation of financial data.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for approvals, clarifications, audit requirements, and process improvements.
  • Assist in preparing payment proposals and managing vendor queries.
  • Maintain accurate financial documentation, trackers, templates, and ensure audit readiness.
  • Conduct research on financial policies, cost management practices, and industry benchmarks.
  • Support compliance-related activities and cross-functional finance initiatives.
  • Manage daily operational tasks, ad-hoc assignments, and special projects as assigned by the manager.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • CMA Industrial Trainee (CMA Intermediate Qualified).
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards, cost accounting, financial reporting, and taxation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of analytical and financial tools is an advantage.
  • Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally.
