Position: Cab Driver / Professional Driver Location: Kharadi Employment Type: Full time

Overview: We are looking for a reliable and professional driver to safely transport passengers to their destinations. The ideal candidate should have excellent driving skills, good communication abilities, and a strong commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate the assigned vehicle and follow all traffic laws.
• Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations.
• Maintain a clean, well-kept vehicle at all times.
• Assist passengers with luggage or special needs.
• Use GPS and navigation tools to determine efficient routes.
• Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the trip.
• Collect fares or operate digital payment systems when required.
• Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly.
• Follow company policies and customer service standards.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license appropriate for vehicle category.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (preferably commercial).
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or nights.
• Physically fit and able to assist with luggage if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a taxi, cab, or commercial driver.
• Familiarity with ride-hailing apps and digital navigation tools.

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
