Job Description – Accounts & Finance

Position - Assistant Manager - Accounts & Finance

Location - Noida Sector 63

Reporting To Promoter or Director

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Compliance

* Prepare and finalize financial statements in line with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).

* Support statutory audit, internal audit, and tax audit processes, ensuring compliance with all requirements.

* Handle journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end / year-end closing activities.

* Ensure accuracy in books of accounts and adherence to accounting standards and company policies.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

* Assist in preparing monthly MIS, financial dashboards, and variance analysis.

* Support budgeting and forecasting process with data collation and initial analysis.

* Conduct financial analysis on revenue, costs, margins, and working capital trends.

* Provide insights for management decision-making through data-driven reports.

Compliance & Regulatory

* Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and other applicable laws.

* Stay updated with amendments in Ind AS and implement required changes in reporting.

* Liaise with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Process & Systems

* Assist in process improvements in accounting and reporting functions.

* Work on ERP/Accounting system improvements and automation initiatives.

* Ensure proper documentation and internal controls.

Qualifications & Skills Required

* Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory. CS would be a plus.

* 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in Accounts, Audit, or Financial Analysis.

* Strong working knowledge of Ind AS and financial reporting.

* Hands-on experience in the preparation of financial statements and audit handling.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and exposure to ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally preferred).

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

* Detail-oriented with ability to work under deadlines.

Preferred Attributes

* Exposure to consolidation of financials (Group Companies).

* Experience in a corporate finance/accounting role within a listed or large organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500, ₹800,000.00 per year
