Urgent Hiring for: Client Servicing & Social Media Executive

About the Opening:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Client Servicing & Social Media Executive who can independently manage social media accounts, handle client relationships, and coordinate brand activities. The ideal candidate should be organised, confident, and passionate about digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing:

  • Maintain regular communication with clients and understand their needs
  • Coordinate with design, content, and media teams for timely execution
  • Ensure smooth project flow, follow-ups, and timely delivery
  • Attend client visits within Chandigarh whenever required

Social Media Management:

  • Manage social media accounts end-to-end for assigned clients
  • Plan monthly content calendars
  • Draft content ideas using AI tools
  • Coordinate posting schedules
  • Monitor engagement and basic insights
  • Maintain brand consistency across platforms

Other Responsibilities:

  • Prepare basic reports and documentation
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and creative concepts
  • Stay updated with social media trends and industry best practices

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Female candidates only
  • Graduate / Post-Graduate
  • Based in Chandigarh Tricity (preferred)
  • 2–3 years relevant experience (preferred)
  • Freshers with strong skills may apply
  • Strong written & verbal communication
  • Creative bent of mind and active social media user
  • Comfortable managing social media independently
  • Comfortable using AI tools for content writing
  • Must have a laptop and stable internet
  • Good command of Microsoft Office tools
  • Willing to commit for minimum 1.5 years formally

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
