About the Role

We're a content-driven company creating digital shows, podcasts, reels, music, and short-form storytelling. We're seeking a Marketing Associate to help plan, execute, and expand our content, brand presence, and audience across digital platforms.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Andheri East, Mumbai, offering a salary range of ₹20,000-25,000 per month based on experience and skills. The role is hands-on, creative, and impact-driven.

Key Responsibilities: Content Marketing & Promotion

  • Support marketing of digital shows, podcasts, reels, and creator content
  • Help plan launch and promotion strategies for new content IPs
  • Coordinate content drops with marketing pushes
  • Assist in writing captions, hooks, titles, and promotional copy

Social Media & Schedule Management

  • Manage social media posting schedules across platforms
  • Plan weekly and monthly content calendars
  • Coordinate content release timelines across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube Shorts
  • Optimize content formats for each platform's algorithm
  • Write engaging captions, hooks, titles, hashtags, and CTAs
  • Repurpose long-form content into reels, shorts, posts, and stories
  • Ensure consistency in tone, branding, and messaging
  • Coordinate with editors and designers for the timely readiness of content

Platform Usage

Instagram

  • Help in creating reels, posts, stories, highlights, and carousels
  • Use trending audio, formats, and hashtags
  • Monitor reach, saves, shares, and profile visits

Facebook

  • Plan videos, reels, and creatives
  • Optimize formats for Facebook audience behavior
  • Track reach, engagement, and video views

LinkedIn

  • Plan thought-leadership and brand content
  • Optimize copy for platform-specific audiences

Campaigns & Growth

  • Support brand campaigns, partnerships, and collaborations
  • Track trends, formats, and viral patterns
  • Support audience engagement through comments and DMs
  • Grow reach, retention, and audience loyalty

Performance
Tracking

  • Track views, reach, engagement, saves, and shares
  • Prepare weekly or monthly performance summaries
  • Suggest improvements using analytics and audience behavior

Requirements

  • 0–4 years of experience in marketing, social media, or digital media
  • Strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Comfortable with Canva and basic editing tools
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup
