Key Responsibilities

  1. Executive Support & Coordination

  2. Manage the executive's calendar, appointments, and meetings.

  3. Screen emails, calls, and papers; prioritize items requiring attention.
  4. Prepare daily briefings, meeting notes, and follow-up trackers.
  5. Coordinate domestic and international travel, expense reports, and itineraries.

  6. Communication & Correspondence

  7. Draft, review, and manage professional communications on behalf of the executive.

  8. Maintain liaison with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  9. Ensure timely and accurate communication flow across departments.

  10. Meeting & Event Management

  12. Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and meeting documentation.

  • Experience in supporting senior or C-suite executives preferred.
  • Exposure to multinational or dynamic corporate environments is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹800,000.00 per year
