Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Coordination
Manage the executive's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Screen emails, calls, and papers; prioritize items requiring attention.
- Prepare daily briefings, meeting notes, and follow-up trackers.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, expense reports, and itineraries.
Communication & Correspondence
Draft, review, and manage professional communications on behalf of the executive.
- Maintain liaison with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Ensure timely and accurate communication flow across departments.
Meeting & Event Management
Organize meetings, conferences, workshops, and senior leadership gatherings.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and meeting documentation.
Track action items and ensure follow-up completion.
Administrative & Office Management
Maintain confidential files, documents, records, and approvals.
- Support procurement, budgeting, and vendor coordination where required.
Handle logistics for office supplies, workstation arrangements, and admin support tasks.
Project & Task Coordination
Assist in monitoring project timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional tasks and follow-up with teams.
Support leadership in strategic and operational initiatives.
Confidentiality & Professionalism
Handle sensitive information with discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Demonstrate professional behavior and proactive problem-solving.
- Uphold organizational policies and compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management ability.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Arts, HR, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
Experience Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Administrative support role.
- Experience in supporting senior or C-suite executives preferred.
- Exposure to multinational or dynamic corporate environments is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300, ₹800,000.00 per year
