We're Hiring – Assistant Manager And Executives Roles (NSO) | Salad Days

Salad Days is looking for a dynamic and driven Assistant Manager And Executive's – New Store Openings (NSO) to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and support end-to-end processes for new store openings.


• Business expansion across new locations and markets.


• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, projects, legal, and vendors) to ensure timely execution.


• Manage site visits, property scouting, documentation, and agreements.


• Ensure smooth handover and store readiness within deadlines.

Requirements:


• 2–4 years of experience in business expansion, F&B, retail, or related industries.


• Strong understanding of property scouting, negotiations and documentation.


• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.


• Project execution and coordination skills.

Locations - Mumbai, Dehli, Hyderabad, Pune
