Job Description:


• Technical Maintain High Availability of FortiGate firewalls & CISCO Devices in Datacenters & HQ

Maintain/Resolve issues with CISCO Meraki Wi-Fi, AWS, HQ & Branch office.


• In depth Knowledge in IDS/IPS, WAF, DLP, Application Control & QoS Need in depth knowledge

on Packet capture & analysis using Wireshark.


• Lifecycle management (upgrade SW, FW, etc.) Optimize network performance& take up new

initiative/Projects Work with PCI Auditor & close NC and provide Monthly reports, SOP & RCA.


• Capacity management, forecasting and recommendation, Create and Manage requests on ITSM

tool Maintain design of LAN/WAN including protocols and routing.


• Identify potential failures and recommend solution.


• Interpersonal Must be a self-starter, motivated to enhance Business Continuity skills.


• Must be able to handle a team, provide guidance, upskilling them for maintaining the

environment stability.


• Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and

with creative approach to work.


• Update knowledge base with known errors & Create HLD, LLD, SOP.


• Experience with VMware exsi networking.


• Knowledge of Basic MPLS Design.


• Knowledge of SAN Switches (optional).

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Must have 5+ years of proven experience as a senior Network Engineer or similar role.


• Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and other network hardware. Prefer FortiGate


• Proficient in network monitoring tools. Like Zabbix .


• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.


• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.


• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication.


• Flexible to work in 24x7 Shifts.

have a track record of delivering results consistently in uncertain environments. Excellent communication

skills with an ability to manage crucial conversations with senior stakeholders.

  • Preferred Skills: Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Architect. Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (laC). Knowledge of enterprise integration tools and middleware.
