Job Title: Data Scientist / BI Developer (Power BI | Big Data | Automation)

Location: Gurugram- Onsite

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on
Data Analytics & BI professional
with strong expertise in working with large, complex datasets and converting them into automated, client-facing Power BI dashboards.

You will own the end-to-end process — from data cleaning, transformation, and modeling to automation and visualization. If you enjoy working with raw databases, optimizing data flows, and building intelligent visual analytics that drive business value, this role is for you.

• Key Responsibilities
  Manage and process large-scale raw datasets from multiple sources (SQL/NoSQL/cloud).
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and modeling for analytics and visualization.
• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and ensure data accuracy and performance.
• Build automated data pipelines for reporting (ETL/ELT processes, scheduling, refresh automation).
• Implement data quality checks and optimize large dataset handling for speed and reliability.
• Collaborate with business and tech teams to deliver client-facing data insights.
• (Good to Have) Develop Python-based scripts for automation and integration.
• (Good to Have) Work with cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and big data frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience

5-8 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI Development, or Data Engineering

Strong hands-on skills in SQL and database querying (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar)

Solid experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, or Tableau

Proven ability to handle and process large datasets / big data environments

Understanding of ETL / data pipeline automation

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Data Science and Data Analytics
• Strong understanding of Statistics and Data Analysis
• Experience with Data Visualization tools and techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and programming skills, with knowledge of AI/ML frameworks
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead data-driven initiatives
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in the automotive or mobility industry is an advantage

Good-to-Have (Bonus Skills)

Experience with Python (pandas, NumPy, data automation scripts)

Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Knowledge of Dataflow, Power Automate, or API integration

Familiarity with Big Data tools (Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.)
