Role & responsibilities

Small Enterprise RM will manage and grow a portfolio of small enterprise clients (typically turnover up to 100 crore) by sourcing new clients, deepening relationships with existing clients, cross-selling banking products & services, and maintaining portfolio hygiene .

  • Manage and deepen relationships with existing small enterprise clients to increase wallet share.
  • Cross-sell working capital, term loans, trade, treasury, cash management, and insurance products.
  • Prepare credit proposals, assess credit risk, and ensure adherence to policy and compliance norms.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, identify early warning signals, and ensure timely renewals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Credit, Operations, Legal) for seamless client servicing.
  • Ensure portfolio hygiene, maintain audit readiness, and achieve business targets for assets and revenue.
  • Gather market intelligence, track competition, and provide feedback for business growth.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • 25 years of experience in SME/Business Banking/Relationship Management.

    • Proven record in sourcing, portfolio management, and maintaining asset quality.
