Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The Bartender and General Service Assistant (GSA) will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, including specialty cocktails and other drink orders, while maintaining excellent service standards. Daily tasks include managing the bar area, assisting with food and beverage service, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining cleanliness and stock levels. As a GSA, you will also support the team with general café operations, including cash handling, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring smooth customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills to assist and interact with guests professionally and pleasantly.
  • Experience or knowledge in food and beverage service, including bartending and creating specialty drinks.
  • Familiarity with cash handling processes and accuracy in billing and transactions.
  • A proactive and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, as well as any certifications in bartending or food safety, is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
