Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain and update general ledger accounts and journal entries.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and submit tax returns in compliance with local and national tax regulations.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all financial transactions.
Monitor and enhance accounting processes for greater accuracy and efficiency.
Prepare financial reports to support management decision-making.
Maintain confidentiality of all financial information.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or ACCA certification preferred).
2–5 years of proven experience in accounting or finance.
Strong understanding of accounting principles.
Proficiency in Tally and Advanced Excel.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
