We are seeking an Application Support CloudOps Engineer who will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of our cloud-based applications. This role requires a blend of application support, DevOps practices, and cloud operations expertise. You will be responsible for monitoring, debugging, and resolving production issues while driving automation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 application support for production systems hosted in cloud environments.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across application, infrastructure, and integration layers.
  • Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters, containers, and microservices-based applications.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployments and rollback strategies.
  • Develop automation scripts and tools using Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and SRE teams to ensure application reliability and performance.
  • Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or equivalent.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for critical incident management and resolution.
  • Document solutions, runbooks, and troubleshooting procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong background in Cloud Operations (AWS/Azure/GCP) and application support.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Shell, PowerShell, etc.).
  • Good debugging and problem-solving skills across application, middleware, and infrastructure layers.
  • Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (ELK, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, etc.).
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000, ₹3,000,000.00 per month
